The Massage Therapy in Motion team brings over 20 years of massage experience to Kentucky.

Table massage pricing for The Burn 2025 will be: $30 for 15 min | $50 for 30 min | $75 for 45 min

To help plan your sessions, all participants must be on the routes by 9am each morning (routes open at 7am). The majority of participants will return to base camp by 4pm each afternoon.

Friday, Sept 26th | 12pm - 9pm (after-ride recovery)

Saturday, Sept 27th | 12pm - 9pm (after-ride recovery)

Sunday, Sept 28th | 11am - 3pm (after-ride recovery)

Renew Hydration: On-demand IV Services

Our friends at Renew Hydration are offering their IV services in base camp throughout the event weekend. What does their Bourbon Burn Rally bag consist of? It’s an entire liter of electrolyte infused fluids, a megadose of vitamin B complex to replace those lost in sweat, and dose of tri-amino acids to aid in muscle recovery.

It’s the ultimate concoction created to get you rehydrated and ready to do it all again the next day. Be sure to pre-book today, although some options will be available to purchase on site.

The Training Room - Mobile Recovery Services

The Training Room is back again to help our 2024 Bourbon Burn cyclists recover like an athlete! They will be offering Recovery Sessions and Normatec Compression sessions to keep your body fresh all weekend long. You can find them in the Bourbon Base Camp area each day and evening in the vendor area located right in the middle of base camp.

*NEW: 20 min Normatec session included with each 30 min Recovery session

Recovery Session + Normatec | $60

Available modalities include: manual therapy | massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point, cupping, heated scraping, kinesiology taping, massage gun, muscle stim, assisted stretching, joint mobilizations, PNF & dog pets! =)

Park your bike, have a seat in your reserved camping chair, help yourself to the complimentary snacks and refreshments, and enjoy the festivities! You can even charge your electronics at Padre's exclusive charging station. All you have to do is cycle in. Padre's does the rest!
